You are settling in and becoming a much happier baby these days. You are smiling more and more and making more cooing sounds. Mostly you just hang out and eat and sleep and want to be held though. There are plenty of people willing to oblige you in the holding department. Ma-ma-ma, Da-da-da, Nana, and Pop have loved having you around at this sweet baby cuddly stage.
We went to the beach this month with Amelia and her family and Ma-ma-ma and Da-da-da. You were so good and slept on the beach a few times. You hate being hot though and it always makes you fussy.
You are still eating about every 2-3 hrs. during the day and waking up usually 1 or 2 times a night after your dream feed at 10:30. You have finally started to take and like a paci this month and that has made both of our lives a lot easier. You used to act like a paci gagged you and you just wanted to nurse all the time, but now a paci can satisfy you for a little bit. You are much happier in a bouncy seat these days and I am glad because once we move to VA there won't be so many people around to hold you all the time.
Speaking of moving to VA, we move in 1 week. It is very bittersweet because I have really enjoyed our time at Ma-ma-ma and Da-da-da's house and am so thankful we have such loving families to help and support us during this transitional time in our lives, but I am also ready to be in our own house as a family of 4. Daddy is starting business school at University of Virginia (Darden) and we are so excited to start this next phase in our lives.
You are such a little bundle of chunky love and we can't get enough of you!
